Refund Policy

General
This policy defines the terms for refunding payments made for Lunaire VPN services. The service is digital and provided remotely. Subscription activation occurs instantly upon payment confirmation.
Full refund (within 3 days)
You may receive a full refund within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of payment, provided the service has not been used (no VPN connections were made).
Partial refund (after 3 days)
After 3 days or partial use of the service, the refund is calculated proportionally to the unused period, minus actual expenses.
No refund is provided
- If more than 80% of the paid period has been used
- If the terms of service have been violated
- If the account was blocked for rule violations
- For the free plan (Dusk)
- If the service is discontinued due to force majeure
How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@lunaire.app with the subject "Refund request". Include the following:
- Date and amount of payment
- Payment method used
- Reason for refund
Requests are reviewed within 3 (three) business days of receipt.
Refund timeline
- Bank card — up to 10 business days
- Cryptocurrency — up to 5 business days
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. Actual timing depends on the payment provider.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via support. Upon cancellation, access is retained until the end of the paid period. There is no auto-renewal — each period is paid manually.
Force majeure
If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a proportional refund. In the event of force majeure (VPN bans, infrastructure blocks), refunds for the unused period are not provided. By paying for a subscription, you acknowledge the legal risks of using a VPN.
