General
This document constitutes the public terms of service for Lunaire VPN and contains all essential conditions for the provision of services. By paying for a plan or using the free tier, you accept these terms.
Subject
The provider offers a secure VPN connection with traffic encryption, a client application, and technical support. The service is delivered digitally and remotely.
Plans and pricing
Current plans are published in the Pricing section at lunaire.app. The provider may change pricing with notice on the website. Changes do not apply to already paid periods.
Payment
Payment is made in full in advance using the following methods:
- Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, TON, etc.)
Activation occurs instantly upon payment confirmation.
Service terms
The service is activated in the app. The provider guarantees at least 99% uptime per month, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Rights and obligations
The provider agrees to:
- Provide access according to the selected plan
- Provide technical support
- Notify of changes to the terms
- Not store activity or connection logs
The user agrees to:
- Not use the service for illegal activities
- Not share access with third parties
- Pay for services on time
- Comply with these terms
Liability
The provider is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party technical failures, power outages, or government actions. The provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the current billing period.
Service termination
In the event of regulatory restrictions (VPN bans, infrastructure blocks, government orders), the provider will stop accepting new payments but will maintain service until active subscriptions expire. In the event of planned shutdown, users will be notified at least 14 calendar days in advance with a refund for the unused period.
Changes to terms
These terms are effective from the date of publication. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are handled in accordance with applicable law.
